New Armada is founded by Mr. David Herman Jaya in 1974 started a privately owned autobody company in 1981. New Armada was incorparted as a limites liability company under the name PT. Mekar Armada Jaya. This company he ad office in Jl. Mayjen Bambang Soegeng no. 7 Magelang Central Java, Indonesia.

Supportd by both modern and sophilisticated technology machinery for it's design and product quality improvements, and by highly trained and educated employees, PT. Mekar Armada Jaya has produced various types and models of vehic les, sych as : buses (luxury and standard), minibus (high grade and standard), minibus (high grade and standard), ambulances, box cars, Dump trucks, cargo cars, car carrier, and other special orders.

Due to its business expansion, PT. Mekar Armada Jaya Therefore makes a Stamping & Tools Division that is producing Dies, Jig, Checking Fictures and Press part Components, though initially, The Division was intended for fulfilling the companies need. Then it develops in line with the increasing demands of the Sole Agent of Brand Holders, among : PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor, - PT. Indomobil Suzuki Internasional, PT. Kramayuda Tiga Berlian Motors, PT. Pantja Motor, PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, PT. Wahana Perkasa Auto Jaya, Etc. in year 2002.

PT. Mekar Armada Jaya is also expanded its business in interior seat for OEM market through company undert the name PT. APM Armada Aoto Parts, in order to anticipate the increasing market demands for other automotive components, PT. Mekar Armada Jaya also expand its Stamping & Tools Divison in Tambun, Bekasi, Indonesia.

All these effort are not only to improve the quality of product, but also to neet the increasing demand from the market and to respond to customers need as fulfill its commitment to customer satisfaction.
